Shipping and Return

Shipping

Normally, your order item would be shipped within 1-2 business days, since we have to confirm your order payment and collect your order item once you place an order.

 

We ship to a wide range of countries and areas around the world.

 

Postal Service (Express Mail Service) is our defaulted shipment method. EMS can ship to almost all the mentioned countries and areas above except United Kingdom and Italy. Due to custom problem, we can only use DHL ship to United Kingdom and Italy. You can also request DHL express if you prefer. Please note additional shipping cost may applied by DHL.

 

The estimated delivery time to most countries is 7-10 business days. It happens that the delivery may be delayed by custom house inspection, bad weather, no recipient available etc. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number with a tracking link will be sent to you via email. We will monitor your package on daily basis and keep you posted if any update. To receive your order smoothly, please make sure shipping address you provided is correct and the phone number and email address is valid.

 

To make sure your parcel go through the custom smoothly, your parcel will be declared in a low and appropriate value according to our experience. While some countries and areas’ custom houses may charge tax for the parcel go through, which is beyond our control.

Return Policy

We have 90 return policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 90 days with your receipt.  You can return the item for exchange or refund.

 

For exchange:

Found you just selected wrong color or size when receive your order? Do not worry. Your item may be exchanged once within 90 days with your receipt. All we request is that your item is unworn, brand new and in the status you received it. Please note, in this condition, you have to bear the returning shipping cost and reshipment cost. Once your returned item received and inspected, we will contact you and handle the exchange within 24 hours on business days. While if the returned item is found to be worn, dirty or damaged, then we are not able to exchange your item.

Found the item you received is damaged or defective? You can return it to us within 90 days with your receipt for changing a brand new one. In this situation, we may request for you to email pictures of damaged or defective item you received, and process the exchange according to your specific issue.

 

For refund:

No matter for what reason, you are not 100% happy with your purchase at chanelpurses.cn, you can return it to us for refund. The same as our exchange policy, your returned item should be unworn, brand new and in the status you received it. After the returned item received and inspected, we will contact you and credit your total order amount to your account within 24 hours on business day. Please note, if the returned item is found to be worn, dirty or damaged, then no refund will be issued.
